Join me for an 8 week long winter “breakfast” yoga series. I have designed these classes specifically for winter mornings. To warm up from the inside out, give you a new relationship to routine and feel stable in your mind and body.

Classes will be held on Wednesday and Saturdays at 9AM ET.

Rates are simple: for the 8 week membership $145 unlimited classes (16 classes offered)
